Return Policy
At Blossom, we strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return policies in place.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Wrong Product Received:
- If you have received an incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Inner Wear : Due to hygiene reasons, Inner Wears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Offer Zone Purchases: Products purchased from the offer zone are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returnable Items:
- Outer Wear and other products can be returned or exchanged upon inspection and approval by our quality control team.
Important Conditions
- Used or Altered Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, torn, stitched, or altered in any way by the buyer.
Missing Items
- If any garment or accessory is missing from your shipment, contact our customer care team immediately with shipment details. The missing product will be sent to you promptly.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges or Refunds will be processed only after the returned product successfully clears the quality inspection. We will dispatch the exchange product within 48 hours after quality inspection, and it will be delivered within 7 days. In case of refund, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
Conditions for Refusal of Returns
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
